You will be responsible for leading an Integrated Project Team that consists of key functional support personnel such as Focused Supplier Recovery, Procurement, Operations, Planning, ISC Engineering, Quality, and Rate Readiness with a specific focus on eliminating waste in the end-to-end product value stream as well as enabling recovery for the customer, the Customer Business Team, the Control Systems GBE, and the site.
Responsibilities
- Identify and deploy operational strategies to improve overall product health across the identified value stream at the site.
- Lead and program manage a daily MOS inclusive of an IPT to identify and track improvement actions to closure.
- Collaborate and partner cross functionally to drive product health improvements across all KPIs including, but not limited to, delivery, quality, inventory, and cost
- Foster effective communications and collaboration across key stakeholders such as production, materials management, quality, customer ops, procurement, supplier readiness, and the Site Leadership Team.
- Lead formal Executive level Program Management Reviews on the overall product health team status.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in lean management/six sigma and project/program management
