About the role
The Sr. Manager of Marketing will lead marketing efforts across our Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) while contributing to broader corporate marketing and communications initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution — developing tailored marketing plans, driving digital and traditional campaigns, and serving as a trusted partner to center administrators and senior leadership alike.
What you'll do
Account Management:
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned ASC centers.
• Build strong relationships with center administrators and stakeholders.
• Understand each center’s unique goals, challenges, and market dynamics.
• Help centralize the marketing function by creating scalable processes, templates, and toolkits for ASC centers.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement tailored marketing plans.
• Coordinate digital campaigns and management, including Google Business Profiles, SEO, SEM, and website updates.
• Oversee traditional marketing efforts such as print collateral and signage.
Corporate Marketing Support:
• Contribute to the development and execution of corporate-level marketing strategies that support brand growth, reputation, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align ASC marketing efforts with broader corporate initiatives.
• Support internal communications, brand positioning, and thought leadership campaigns.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (HR, Clinical, Operations) to deliver timely and effective marketing solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with corporate values and messaging.
Project Management:
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple concurrent ASC accounts.
• Maintain organized documentation and reporting for each center’s marketing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare marketing or ASC operations.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Graphic design or copywriting experience.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or multi-location environments.
• Proven success in account management and client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and traditional media.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
