What you´ll do
- Lead the scoping, design, and
execution of capital projects for manufacturing processes and equipment. - Analyze data, improve
processes, and implement changes to optimize plant performance. - Manage multiple projects
simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within scope. - Serve as a technical
consultant, providing engineering expertise across the organization. - Collaborate with internal
stakeholders and external partners, influencing decisions and driving
alignment. - Ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements and travel 30–50% to support project execution.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical
Engineering preferred with 6–12 years of relevant industry experience. - Background in chemical
manufacturing environments preferred with strong process engineering
knowledge. - Experience with engineering
design methods and familiarity with PLC/DCS systems. - Proven ability to manage
complex projects and juggle multiple priorities. - Strong analytical, technical,
and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
the ability to influence stakeholders
