Job Description – Algorithm Developer
This job expects development and optimization of computational algorithms for hemodynamic monitoring in cardiology medical devices. Designing, implementing, and validating algorithms for real-time blood pressure waveform analysis, cardiac output estimation and other hemodynamic parameters using C++, C#, and Go-based frameworks.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Experience: 5+ yrs in algorithm development for medical devices and/or software systems in the cardiovascular/hemodynamics domain.
Skill Sets:
- C++, C#, and Go programming for algorithm development and deployment
- Experience in developing algorithms for hemodynamic parameters (cardiac output, stroke volume, systemic vascular resistance, pulse pressure variation)
- Experience with physiological signal acquisition and processing (ECG, arterial blood pressure waveforms, PPG)
- Knowledge of medical device software lifecycle standards
- Good knowledge of V&V processes, algorithm verification against clinical reference methods
- Awareness of regulatory requirements (FDA 510(k), MDR) and Design Control processes
- Knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and clinical hemodynamic monitoring practices
- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7/FHIR standards for clinical data integration is a plus
