We are seeking a deeply curious, highly strategic, and outspoken Senior Solution Architect to partner with our Collaboration Cloud Business Team. In this role, you will be the tip of the spear for our Greenfield pursuits across all segments, ranging from agile accounts to large global organizations. You will not just be designing IT environments; you will act as an evangelist and business consultant, fundamentally changing how organizations collaborate, operate, and leverage modern cloud strategies.
You will lead the technical and strategic pre-sales cycle, define comprehensive solutions across the entire Google suite, and ensure Gemini Enterprise and gPanel are proactively positioned and leveraged. Additionally, you will serve as a prominent voice to the technical fields at Google, showcasing the unique Promevo methodology for winning business.
Because you understand that adoption is just as critical as the technology, you will expertly leverage Google’s funding mechanisms—including, but not limited to, Deployment Vouchers (DVs), Deal Acceleration Funds (DAF), Partner Services Funds (PSF), and other Google Workspace adoption programs—to de-risk the investment and ensure a seamless transformation for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Pre-Sales & Mutual Evaluation: Lead the technical pre-sales cycle for net-new (Greenfield) enterprise customers. Design, negotiate, and meticulously execute Mutual Evaluation Plans (MEPs) to ensure alignment between the client's business objectives and our proposed solutions.
- Full-Stack Solution Architecture: Architect comprehensive Google Workspace solutions tailored to complex environments, with deep knowledge of how broader Google Cloud strategies impact and accelerate workspace migrations.
- AI & Management Integration: Ensure Gemini Enterprise is championed as a key component of the modern workplace solution, and guarantee gPanel is actively leveraged and spoken about in every pursuit to demonstrate administrative and security excellence.
- Evangelism, Enablement, & Thought Leadership: Act as an outspoken advocate for our capabilities. Strategically design and deliver training internally to our teams, externally to Google’s field teams, and directly to customers. You may regularly participate in webinars, present at events, and lead thought leadership initiatives.
- Proactive Account Expansion: Constantly look for opportunities to deepen and expand engagements with both prospects and existing clients, driving commercial growth through technical credibility. Building relationships with the Google sales and technical field is also essential for account expansion.
- M&A and Migration Scoping: Beyond greenfield accounts, step in to scope complex migration and change management strategies for unique pursuits—such as scenarios where an existing Google Workspace client acquires a Microsoft-centric company and needs a seamless consolidation path.
- Solution Definition & Architecture: Architect comprehensive Google Workspace solutions tailored to complex enterprise environments. Address security, identity, data migration, and compliance requirements while maintaining a focus on end-user experience.
- Business Consulting Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and IT leaders. Translate highly technical concepts into measurable business value, ROI, and productivity gains.
- Change Management & Program Structuring: Design holistic change management and user adoption programs. Strategically integrate and manage Google programs—specifically Deployment Vouchers, DAF, and PSF—into your solution proposals to fund and facilitate the change management lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner lock-step with the Collaboration Cloud Business Leader, Account Executives, and post-sales delivery teams to ensure the solution you define in pre-sales is seamlessly executed in deployment.
- Become certified as a Google Cloud Digital Leader in the first 60 days after hire.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Senior Pre-Sales Technical role, specifically focused on SaaS, cloud productivity, or collaboration tools (Google Workspace heavily preferred; Enterprise Microsoft 365/Teams experience is highly transferable).
- Consulting DNA: Proven ability to apply a business consulting approach to technical engagements. You know how to ask the right questions, uncover the root of a business problem, and map it to a technology solution.
- Process Expertise: Demonstrated experience structuring and executing Mutual Evaluation Plans (MEPs) or complex Proof of Concepts (POCs) for enterprise clients.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of partner ecosystem funding (Google DAF/PSF, or similar Microsoft/AWS funding programs) and how to weave them into a commercial proposal.
- Change Management: Deep understanding of the human element of IT deployments, with the ability to define organizational readiness and adoption frameworks.
- The "X" Factor: Insatiable curiosity. You constantly ask "why," keep up with the cutting edge of modern work trends, and genuinely love learning about how different businesses operate.
