A multi-company back-office support agency seeks an experienced Staff Accountant to ensure the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Reconcile GL accounts and bank statements

· Creating variance and financial reports

· Liaison with tax and legal firms as needed

· Assist with payroll processing, entries and accruals

· Assure Compliance with various agencies

· Record A/R, A/P, 1099-Misc reporting

· Maintains and tracks accounting and administrative records as well as insurance policy information

· Maintain process documentation Qualifications:

· 5 years Accounting experience

· Proficient in QuickBooks Online

· Intermediate Excel knowledge

· Able to prioritize multiple projects with an excellent focus on accuracy

· Must be organized and efficient with strong attention to detail

· Take initiative, and work efficiently to meet deadlines

· Able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial managers Job Types: Full-time Pay: $45,000-$50,000 Benefits: Paid Time Off, Health and Ancillary benefits, 401 (K)
