The Team & Role 

We are seeking a highly moƟvated and excepƟonally bright person to join our Zuora India  leadership team as a Staff OperaƟons Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving the  operaƟonal effecƟveness of the Zuora India with the global Zuora organizaƟon, ensuring  seamless execuƟon of our strategic prioriƟes, and facilitaƟng effecƟve communicaƟon across  the team and with senior leadership. This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven individual  to contribute significantly to the growth and success of a dynamic technology company.  

ResponsibiliƟes: 

 Run the Business: Manage and opƟmize the Zuora India operaƟons, including  planning, execuƟon, and reporƟng of key meeƟngs, reviews, and communicaƟon  cadences. This includes preparing materials for execuƟve staff and other meeƟngs. 

 Strategic Planning Support: Support the leadership team in developing and  execuƟng strategic plans, including roadmap planning, resource allocaƟon, and  performance tracking.  

 Cross-FuncƟonal CollaboraƟon: Facilitate effecƟve communicaƟon and collaboraƟon  between groups within Zuora India, and across the globe, including various P&T  organizaƟons and sites, sales, markeƟng, and customer success.  

 Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the leadership,  oŌen involving cross-funcƟonal teams and requiring strong project management  skills.  

 Program Manage: Manage, and/or contribute to the, execuƟon of Zuora India  projects and programs, coordinate informaƟon flow, and ensuring follow-up on key  acƟon items unƟl closure.  

 Data Analysis and ReporƟng: Analyse operaƟonal data to idenƟfy trends, insights,  and areas for improvement. Develop and deliver clear and concise reports and  presentaƟons to senior leadership.

 Leadership: Leading meeƟngs and facilitaƟng discussions with execuƟves, as well as  managing cross-funcƟonal teams. 

 AnalyƟcal and Problem-Solving: IdenƟfying trends, analysing data, presenƟng  soluƟons, and making decisions based on insights.  

 OrganizaƟonal and Project Management: Managing mulƟple projects and prioriƟes  effecƟvely in a fast-paced environment.  

 ProacƟve and Results-Oriented: Taking iniƟaƟve and ensuring that strategic  prioriƟes are executed effecƟvely. 

 Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relaƟonships with stakeholders across the  company.  

 Adaptability: Quickly learning and synthesizing new informaƟon, especially in a  dynamic environment.  

Your experience 

 Must - A degree in Computer Science or equivalent. With a minimum 2 years of  experience in a technology-related field (e.g., soŌware development, product  management, technical consulƟng, or similar). 

 Prefer - Experience in operaƟons program management and/or a MBA.  

 ExcepƟonal communicaƟon skills, both wriƩen and verbal, including strong  presentaƟon skills. 

 Proven ability to lead meeƟngs and facilitate discussions with senior execuƟves.  Excellent analyƟcal and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.  

 Strong organizaƟonal and project management skills, with the ability to manage  mulƟple prioriƟes effecƟvely. 

 Highly moƟvated, proacƟve, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.  

 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relaƟonships with  stakeholders at all levels.  

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

 Demonstrable ability to quickly learn and synthesize new informaƟon. 

 Desired Experience - Experience with Agile methodologies and operaƟonal  excellence frameworks.

 This is a role based at the Zuora offices in Bangalore. It is a hybrid posiƟon.
