WHO ARE WE?

WE ARE ONA is a 360° creative culinary studio, designing experiences that reinforce the emotional connection between brands and their audiences.

Founded by Luca Pronzato in 2019, a sommelier and restaurateur previously working at NOMA Copenhagen, WE ARE ONA was born from the traditional fine dining scene, with the ambition to explore innovative ways of creating culinary events: from strategy and concept, to design and production.

Culinary events

With our network of creative partners and a unique community of food talents, we design tailor-made experiences for our clients, including some of the most iconic brands from the luxury and artistic industries.

Pop-Ups

The WE ARE ONA team sets up pop-up restaurants in the most unique settings worldwide, giving creative freedom to young renowned chefs, in partnership with local suppliers.

Destinations include France, Italy, USA, Turkey, Switzerland (Basel, Zermatt), Portugal, and Mexico. WE ARE ONA Pop-ups follow the cultural and artistic fairs, from the Biennale in Venice, Art Basel in Basel - Miami or Paris, the Salone del Mobile in Milan to Les Rencontres de la Photographie in Arles.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a production assistant to help our event team to think, build and produce our creative projects. Scope of work :

  • Attend client meetings, narrow production briefs

  • Run project management alongside the production team :

    • kick-off meetings, production budget, technical meetings

    • Update creative proposals

    • Venue scouting for events, statement of works, and suppliers management

    • Chef & food talents management

    • Search for partners, consolidate budgets, negotiate contracts, and logistic follow-up

  • Budget management

    • provisional budget

    • Quotes

    • expenses follow-up

  • Work on setting up and dismantling call sheets

    • Task dispatch

    • Planning management

  • Handle set-up, exploitation, and event dismantling

THE GOOD MATCH

  • Being autonomous in your tasks and hands-on from day 1 in the booming atmosphere of a growing company

  • Being at the core of the food industry and understanding how the business between food & brand works these days.
