About the Department
This is an on-site position; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not offered at this time. Prepares, disseminates, receives, and records internal and external College survey instruments, including online surveys and student evaluations of instruction; processes, analyzes and publishes internal and external institutional surveys; prepares trend charts and the annual Factbook; and prepares information for posting on the IE webpage. Collects, maintains and warehouses confidential institutional data in accordance with specific federal, state, and SACSCOC guidelines or standards; conducts data analysis, compilation, and reporting for internal and external agencies such as US Department of Education, SCTCS, and CHE. Supports operations for the Institutional Effectiveness department to include responding to requests for data; assisting with creation of benchmarks; analysis of student success metrics; developing grant outcomes; supporting a data-informed culture; troubleshooting Argos reports in an efficient, professional manner. Completes other duties as assigned. Participates in professional development activities. Serves as a member of College teams and committees.
Position Duties
A high school diploma and clerical or paraprofessional experience involving the compilation of data and statistics.
