About Woodhaven:
Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center provides compassionate care for individuals on their recovery journey. We operate an on-site convenience store serving clients and employees, and we're looking for a Store Manager to run daily operations.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee our on-site client convenience store. Think of it like a gas station store - without the gas! We sell snacks, beverages, toiletries, personal care items, and other essentials. You'll manage inventory, handle sales, keep the store stocked and organized, and run reports to track performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, and sales transactions
Maintain inventory levels - order, receive, stock, and organize merchandise
Track sales, inventory, and store performance using Excel and reporting tools
Process purchases from clients and employees
Keep store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock appropriately
Reconcile cash drawer and maintain accurate financial records
Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and trends
Coordinate with vendors for ordering and deliveries
Provide friendly, respectful customer service to clients and staff
Qualifications:
Previous retail, convenience store, or inventory management experience preferred
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (reports, tracking, basic formulas)
Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
Friendly, professional customer service skills
Comfortable working in a residential treatment facility environment
CPR certification required (company-sponsored)
