TYMETAL is seeking a results-driven marketing professional to lead marketing efforts for our security products. Working in close partnership with the sales team, the Strategic Marketing Manager will drive growth in both new and existing markets through strategic promotion, customer education, and targeted outreach.

Your role as a Strategic Marketing Manager:
- Align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.
- Develop market strategy, researching and identifying target industries/market segments. Design and execute frameworks for entering new markets.
- Perform market analysis & competitive intelligence, analyzing industry data, trends and competitor activity to identify market share opportunities.
- Partner with internal resources to develop collateral, presentations, and other tools that support customer engagement and lead conversion.
- Plan and support trade shows, industry events, and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Track key performance metrics and provide insights that help refine strategy and improve marketing ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience developing and evaluating marketing campaigns.
- The ability to think outside the box and approach markets in new and unique ways.
- Experience with major digital marketing products and analytics tools.
