About the Role

We’re hiring a Strategic Sourcer to strengthen the top of our recruiting funnel and support high-volume, multi-state healthcare hiring. This role focuses exclusively on proactive sourcing and pipeline development, allowing recruiters to stay focused on full-cycle hiring and candidate relationships.

This is a great role for someone who loves research, outreach, and turning hard-to-fill markets into steady pipelines.

What You’ll Do

  • Source active and passive candidates for healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, etc.)
  • Collaborate with our marketing and clinical teams to establish communication channels across multiple platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by role and market
  • Maintain accurate candidate database with detailed logs of communication efforts.
  • Conduct market-based and geo-targeted sourcing strategies
  • Execute personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, text, and other channels
  • Partner closely with recruiters to support priority and hard-to-fill roles
  • Track sourcing activity and provide recurring reporting insights on what’s working

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Marketing (preferred)
  • 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong LinkedIn Sourcing and Boolean search skills
  • Experience with database management and high-level reporting
  • Experience using ATS , CRM or other similar Client management systems
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple markets
  • Strong written communication skills

Compensation $24-29/hour plus benefits
