As a Strategy Risk & Compliance Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex regulatory landscapes, helping them maintain compliance and manage risks effectively. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and providing strategic guidance on compliance strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing clients' internal controls and navigating regulatory challenges.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects. You will inspire others to follow your vision, driving business growth and shaping client engagements. Your role is crucial in mentoring the next generation of leaders and maintaining PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strengths to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of compliance strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Overseeing risk management initiatives to enhance internal controls and mitigate potential risks for clients
- Providing guidance on regulatory compliance and governance to validate adherence to industry standards
- Managing client relationships and delivering strategic insights to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote technological advances and innovative solutions
- Conducting compliance audits and assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Developing and maintaining compliance programs, including training and reporting frameworks
- Analyzing data to support decision-making and improve compliance processes
- Mentoring and coaching team members to cultivate leadership potential and foster a culture of inclusion
- Identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful outcomes for the firm
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technology discipline from a leading institution
- MBA or Post Graduate Program in Management from a leading institution preferred
- Over 16 years of professional experience in cybersecurity consulting, cyber risk management, cybersecurity transformation, cybersecurity engineering, or cybersecurity capability leadership
- Significant experience within a leading consulting, professional services, or advisory organization, preferably a Big 4 firm
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cybersecurity consulting engagements and transformation programs for global clients
- Experience delivering cybersecurity engagements including cyber risk assessments, security architecture reviews, cloud and infrastructure security assessments, cyber compliance assessments, regulatory remediation programs, cybersecurity operating model design, governance transformation, security modernization initiatives, and M&A integration or separation programs
- Proven experience building, scaling, and leading large cybersecurity teams and delivery organizations, including workforce planning, hiring, deployment, talent development, and performance management
- Experience establishing and growing cybersecurity capabilities across multiple domains, including developing new service offerings, delivery models, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets
- Experience working closely with executive leadership, including CISOs, CIOs, risk leaders, and other senior stakeholders
- Experience managing global delivery models and supporting large-scale cybersecurity engagements across geographies

- Managing executive stakeholder relationships across global member firms and client organizations
- Leading large-scale cybersecurity transformation, engineering modernization, AI enabled development and capability-building programs
- Driving innovation and service development within cybersecurity consulting practices, including AI-enabled cybersecurity solutions and automation initiatives
- Demonstrating professional certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent
- Experience of working in consulting roles in North America (USA or Canada)
