The Rhatigan Student Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Student Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is open to students of all majors and provides valuable hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist with hiring processes, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews
- Respond to applicant and new employee inquiries
- Review applications and support candidate referrals
- Prepare reports and organize personnel information
- Communicate policies and procedures clearly
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Participate in the Employee Initiatives Committee
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
