Auburn Athletics is seeking a Student Employee to assist with administrative and recruiting support, video and technology, and competitions.
Responsibilities
ADMINISTRATIVE & RECRUITING SUPPORT
• Assist the Director of Operations and Coaching Staff with
recruiting
• Manage the recruit database and filter recruit emails for
the coaching staff
• Manage the mailing system for recruits; including
updating mailing database, sending out mailers, and
assisting with generating Auburn relevant materials for
recruiting
• Assist with setup and hosting duties during on-campus
recruiting visits
• Help prepare recruiting materials, facility tours, and
hospitality for official and unofficial visits
• Maintain inventory of team supplies and notify staff when
items need to be restocked
VIDEO & TECHNOLOGY
• Upload and organize practice film to the team's video
platform in cooperation with the In-Gym Student Manager
COMPETITIONS
• Responsible for pulling all competition apparel for meets
at the direction of the Director of Operations
• Assist the Director of Operations and Event Management
with all home meets: pre-meet preparation, in-meet needs,
and post-meet needs
• Assist with packing and loading competition bags,
equipment, and supplies for travel
• Help with post-competition breakdown and equipment
return
• Assist with team laundry and uniform management
COMMUNICATION & PROFESSIONALISM
• Maintain punctuality and reliability — arrive before
athletes and stay until dismissed
• Follow all NCAA rules regarding interactions with
prospective student-athletes
• Maintain confidentiality regarding team matters, athlete
health, and program operations
• Represent the program professionally at all times
• No fraternization with student-athletes
