About the Department
Clerical support. Looking for detail oriented person to work no more than 20 hours per week during office hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm) Ideal candidate must exhibit a strong work ethic, exercise sound judgment, attention to detail, and work collaboratively as a team member. He or she must be dependable, conscientious, and self-motivated to accomplish tasks. Additionally, the candidate must have a friendly, positive, and professional attitude, and must maintain confidentiality. Physical abilities: must be able to lift 25 pounds. Students with Federal Work-Study preferred.
Position Duties
Duties Include:
- Greets faculty, staff, students, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Clerical support, including data entry, copying, faxing, scanning, indexing, shredding, filing, hand- deliveries across campus, answering phones.
- Assists with special projects and preparation for events.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency; Word, Excel spreadsheet, Google Sheets, Adobe.
- Good customer service and communication skills.

- Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
