Salary: $6.75 per hour plus tips for Bartenders. $15 per hour plus tips for Barbacks

Responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly at the bar and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere
- Maintain exceptional service standards for all guests at the bar and in the dining area
- Take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Stay proactive by restocking the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the workspace guest-ready at all times
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Tiki Bar food and Drink menu to confidently answer questions and make sales
- Create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care
- Maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines
- Build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards
