INTRODUCTION:
Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Contract Supervisor oversees the operations on iScan contract(s). This role supervises all employees working on the contract(s) and regularly communicates with the Contract Manager. The Contract Supervisor acts as liaison to the customer, iScan upper management and Human Resources. This role participates in budget planning, oversight, and implementation. The Contract Manager provides exceptional customer service and implements departmental and agency policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for coordination of day-to-day operations of multiple contracts and multiple locations.
· Assist Contract Manager in developing and monitoring production procedures for assigned contract(s).
· Ensure that production goals outlined in contract specifications are met and established for assigned contract(s).
· Ensure that quality goals outlined in contract specifications are met and established for assigned contract(s).
· Supervise the activities of all subcontractors for assigned contract(s).
· Assist Contract manager in monitoring compliance with all applicable agencies, state, and federal regulations.
· Be able to fill in as necessary in day-to-day Imaging Tech duties required by the contract.
· Oversee and provide support to team leaders regarding production workflow processes.
· Provide production reports to the Contract Manager or designee as required,
· Oversee and provide support to team leaders regarding accuracy rates and quality of work processes.
· Conduct system audits and regular quality assurance checks; work with Team Leaders to make and implement recommendations for corrections.
· Run misc. software reports as requested.
· Implement department and agency policies and procedures.
· Responsible for all necessary personnel documentation to be accurate and updated consistently.
· Act as secondary account manager/ customer service rep for each assigned contract(s).
· Responsible for monitoring the performance of all hardware and software under iScan.

Reports – To: Director of Operations
· Maintain familiarity with maintenance agreements, serve as primary liaison for subcontractors and successful deal with maintenance issues.
· Regular cleaning of equipment based on schedules and reporting.
· Responsible for developing and maintaining an exceptionally good working knowledge of the hardware and software products used on each contract.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between the Iscan production team and the Contract manager regarding all issues related to the operation of contracts.
· Represent Iscan in a professional and courteous manner.
· All other duties as assigned.
· Assist the Contract manager in all aspects of finalizing jobs for delivery, including exporting batches out of scanning software, renaming files, final quality checks and other similar activities.
· Maintain consistent and when necessary, proactive communication with the Contract manager on all production and quality issues at all times.
SUPERVISION EXERCIESED:
- The Site Supervisor manages all employees assigned to customer location.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
- The Site Supervisor reports to the Contract Manager assigned to the customer location.
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- This position must have the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. While performing the duties of this position the employee will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment. This position requires standing, moving, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and the ability to drive agency vehicles. Frequently may be required to move/lift to 20 pounds. QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
· 5 years prior experience in contracts.
· Superior Customer Service Skills.
· 3 years prior supervising experience.
· Budgeting/ financial experience a plus.
· Experience in a production environment required.
· Ability to travel to multiple sites required.
· Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
