Drive the Connection Between Operations, Logistics, and Execution

At Velociti, we're looking for a highly organized and solutions-driven Supply Chain Integrated Operations Supervisor to lead the coordination of critical supply chain activities across warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, fulfillment, and transportation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and excels at bringing people, processes, and systems together to achieve exceptional results. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time—both domestically and internationally.

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, you'll serve as a key connector between departments, helping to streamline workflows, improve operational performance, and support the successful execution of high-impact projects.

What You'll Do

As the Supply Chain Integrated Operations Supervisor, you will:

  • Coordinate daily operations across inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory control, order fulfillment, and transportation functions.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison between departments, ensuring smooth handoffs from order intake through final delivery.
  • Monitor workflows and proactively identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with warehouse leadership, inventory teams, planners, and logistics personnel to align execution with project timelines.
  • Manage and support system-driven workflows across WMS, ERP, and transportation platforms while maintaining data integrity.
  • Lead coordination efforts for special projects, large-scale deployments, and time-sensitive customer orders.
  • Track operational performance metrics, including throughput, inventory accuracy, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and established operating procedures.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means creating seamless connections across people, systems, and processes. You'll be evaluated on your ability to:

  • Maintain efficient, integrated workflows
  • Meet customer project timelines
  • Improve operational accuracy and productivity
  • Drive collaboration across multiple departments
  • Support exceptional service delivery

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates with relevant coursework, internships, or supply chain experience are encouraged to apply.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory/order management platforms.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and adjust schedules based on project or operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in integrated supply chain environments involving fulfillment, technology deployment, or project-based operations.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting international shipping or multi-site operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment focused on innovation and execution.
