Job Description
Supply Planner

Badia Spices | Doral, FL


Badia Spices is seeking a Supply Planner to support supply chain operations by ensuring product availability while balancing inventory levels, material availability, and production capabilities. This role works closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Production Planning, Sales, and Customer Service to identify supply risks and support business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain supply plans based on forecasts, inventory targets, and customer demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify supply shortages or risks.
  • Partner with Procurement, Production Planning, and Demand Planning teams to ensure supply continuity.
  • Support S&OP and S&OE processes.
  • Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports, KPIs, and inventory analyses.
  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems and Excel to support planning activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or related supply chain roles.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, or CPG experience preferred.
Preferred
  • APICS/CPIM certification.
  • Experience with S&OP processes and planning tools such as Streamline, SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
