Job Description
Tabor Hill Restaurant & Winery Server
 
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team in providing our guest exceptional service in a fine dining setting.  Previous fine dining or wine service knowledge is ideal but not required; however, you must have some serving experience and be 18 years or older.
 
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
  • Have a positive attitude and worked in a team environment before
  • Be able to handle stressful situations when these arise or multitask when needed while delivering a fine dining experience to your guest.
  • Ensure that the pace of service is kept throughout the guest entire visit with us and knowing when to seek assistance from peers or your manager as needed
  • Stay knowledgeable on all aspects of menu options, changes, POS systems, and other required training courses as needed
  • Knowledge of wine and experience in wine service.
  •  Perform opening and closing side work as directed by Managers & additional duties as assigned
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and night shifts
  • Ability to list up to 25 pounds.
