── ROLE REQUIREMENTS ───────────────────────────────────
Education:        High School Diploma / GED
Experience:       0–1 years (Entry Level)
 

Must-Have Skills:
  -High school diploma or GED required.
-Basic understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic computer applications.
-Ability to read architectural, civil, structural, and electrical plans.
-Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Self-motivated with a willingness to learn estimating and preconstruction processes.
-Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
 

Nice-to-Have:
  -Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
-Internship or prior experience in construction, electrical contracting, or estimating.
-Experience with takeoff software such as Accubid, Bluebeam Revu, or PlanSwift.
-Familiarity with electrical materials, equipment, and installation methods.
-Understanding of NEC requirements and basic electrical systems.
-Experience reviewing project drawings and performing quantity surveys.
-Exposure to BIM/VDC platforms and digital construction workflows.
-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
