  • Develops and maintains effective partnerships with area HR business partners and hiring managers.
  • Confers with management to understand their business & recruiting needs and establishes recruiting strategies to drive operational success.
  • Ensures positions are quickly filled with quality talent in a cost-effective manner.
  • Prepares and posts internal/external advertisements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Reviews resumes and applications recommending those with the highest potential to be a fit for the position to the hiring manager.
  • Schedules & conducts phone screens and in-person interviews.
  • Tracks and analyzes recruiting progress throughout the entire life-cycle.
  • Maintains and applies knowledge of current human resources trends, state & federal regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintains excellent relationship with candidates, vendors and the community.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
