Our Corporate Headquarters located in Audubon, PA is searching for three (3) Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our Human Resources Department due to growth and restructuring!

*** This position is 100% ONSITE. We do not offer hybrid or remote work arrangements. ***

What You Will Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Create and post job advertisements on company websites, job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Source candidates through various methods including networking, referrals, databases, career fairs, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments, background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screening processes.
  • Extend employment offers and negotiate compensation within established company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting effectiveness, time-to-fill, turnover trends, and sourcing performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, workforce development organizations, and community partners.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support onboarding activities and assist with new hire orientation as needed.
  • Promote the company's employer brand and employee value proposition.
  • Special projects and other job duties as assigned.
