What You’ll Do

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians (RNs, PTs, OTs, and STs)
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Assist with onboarding and credentialing processes
  • Participate in hiring events and job fairs (some travel required)
  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume workload (up to 40 requisitions)


What You Bring

  • College education required (or currently pursuing)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ATS systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated home office
  • Home health or healthcare experience required


Schedule & Compensation

  • Full time Remote: Monday - Friday| 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
