About the role

The Gersh Agency is seeking a full-time Talent Floater for our Beverly Hills office. The Talent Floater provides a variety of administrative office tasks for the Talent department and covers assistant desks while assistants are away. Talent Floaters have the first opportunity to interview for assistant desks after training is completed.

 

Duties

  • Script coverage
  • Covering assistant desks when needed
  • Rolling calls
  • Cutting clients' select scenes for film/tv
  • Ability to make sound decisions efficiently and effectively using critical thinking and practical approaches
  • Ad hoc duties for projects as needed

 

Responsibilities 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills

 

Compensation

$21/hour + Full Benefits
