Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Production Team Member to join our donut shop team. In this role, you will assist in the glazing of mochi donuts, Korean corn dogs, boba drinks, and Dubai chocolate products. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all products are prepared fresh, consistent in quality, and meet the standards of our customers. You will play a key part in keeping the production running smoothly, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mochi Donut Glazing: Assist in glazing mochi donuts to ensure freshness and consistency.
  • Korean Corn Dogs: Help prepare and fry Korean corn dogs, ensuring they are cooked to perfection and meet the quality standards.
  • Boba Drink Preparation: Assist in the preparation of various boba drinks, including brewing tea, adding toppings, and ensuring the correct consistency of the drinks.
  • Dubai Chocolate Products: Help prepare and package Dubai chocolate products, ensuring they are made according to recipes and presented attractively.
  • Food Safety: Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Packaging and Presentation: Properly package donuts, Korean corn dogs, boba drinks, and chocolate products for display or customer orders, ensuring they are appealing and high-quality.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and consistency before being served or sold.
  • Inventory & Ingredient Prep: Assist in preparing ingredients and managing inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored to minimize waste.
  • Cleaning & Organization: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including the regular cleaning of equipment, tools, and work surfaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth transitions and an effective workflow.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently produce high-quality products with precision and care.
  • Kitchen Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food production environment is preferred but not required.
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak times.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work efficiently by themselves. 
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet production goals.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus.
Salary Description
