Technical Account Management Director
Hybrid | Basingstoke, UK

Majesco is seeking an experience Technical Account Management Director to serve as the strategic partner for one of our most important insurance customers in the UK.

This role sits at the intersection of customer leadership, service delivery, operational performance, and executive stakeholder engagement. You will be accountable for ensuring the client realises ongoing value from their investment in Majesco while maintaining strong senior management & executive relationships and aligning business priorities across both organisations.

As the senior point of contact for this strategic account, you will work closely with customer executives, Majesco leadership, product teams, support teams and delivery organisations to drive customer satisfaction, business outcomes, and long-term partnership success.

This is not a traditional support leadership role. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of insurance technology implementations, the ability to navigate complex customer environments, and the leadership skills to align multiple teams around customer outcomes.

The Majesco team supporting and delivering for the customer are based in the UK, US and India and so the role spans multiple time zones.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the senior client leader for a strategic insurance customer following platform implementation.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across business, operations, and technology functions.
  • Lead executive governance meetings, strategic planning discussions, and business reviews.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Majesco, ensuring priorities, risks, and opportunities are understood and addressed while acting as the voice of Majesco with the customer
  • Coordinate support, product, cloud operations, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Majesco solution and processes and be hands on with the solutions offered to the customer
  • Develop a strong understanding of the customer business processes, map with the Majesco offerings and proactively work with the services, support and product teams to explore solutions that enrich the customer experience 
  • Drive service excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor customer health, adoption, satisfaction, and business outcomes, translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Lead complex escalations and customer challenges with confidence, transparency, and executive-level communication.
  • Identify opportunities to expand value, strengthen partnerships, and support the customer's transformation objectives.
  • Partner with senior Majesco leaders to develop and execute long-term account strategies.

What You Bring

  • 10 plus years of experience within insurance technology, enterprise software, or consulting environments supporting insurers
  • Proven experience leading or managing large-scale insurance platform implementations and post-implementation customer relationships and support functions.
  • At least 5+ years of Solution / technical architecture and development experience is a must 
  • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and influencing business and technology decisions.
  • Demonstrated success leading client-facing delivery, customer success, professional services, or strategic account organisations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software delivery, customer governance, service management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working with packaged software implementations or support 
  • Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship & matrix management, and executive presentation skills.

Insurance Industry Experience

This role requires strong insurance domain expertise within Group Life and Employee Benefits.

Ideal candidates will have experience implementing, delivering, or supporting insurance technology platforms for carriers and possess an understanding of insurer operating models and business processes.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Policy Administration
  • Claims Management
  • Billing and Payments
  • Digital Insurance Platforms
  • Core Systems Modernisation
