Description

The Opportunity 


Provides executive-level support for integration activities. Manages schedules, timelines, workflows, documentation, logistics, and cross-functional coordination. Ensures alignment with program priorities.


Key Responsibilities 


•    Develop/maintain integration schedules
•    Maintain master calendar
•    Track workflows; Manage documentation
•    Coordinate across teams
•    Oversee logistics
•    Prepare briefings
•    Provide administrative oversight
•    Support test planning.

                             

    

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Clearance Eligibility
  • Must have an active TS/SCI
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization in the U.S., as sponsorship is not available at this time

 

Education             
•    Associates Degree or equivalent experience. Bachelors degree preferred

 

 

Required Skills, Experience & Abilities 

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting technical operations
  • ITIL v4 Foundations
  • Experience supporting technical teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITF+ or A+
  • Security+
  • CAPM/Project+

  • Work may occasionally be performed in secure government facilities, requiring adherence to security protocols.
  • Work may be conducted in laboratory, workshop, office, and field environments with varying conditions.
