The Technical Product Manager (TPM) – IT Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering technology solutions that support the company’s core infrastructure and operational platforms. This role partners closely with IT, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across infrastructure services.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience5+ years managing complex technical programsExperience working with Waterfall, Kanban, and Azure DevOps methodologiesExperience in IT infrastructure or operations environmentsDemonstrated ownership of a product, feature set or domain from discovery through launch and adoptionExperience working day-to-day with software engineers and designers in an agile environment, with a predictable shipping cadenceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong program management and execution skillsAbility to manage cross-functional initiativesUnderstanding of enterprise IT infrastructure domainsExperience in IT operations environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to balance technical, operational, and business prioritiesProactive problem-solving and ownership mindsetAble to create clarity in complex domains and build alignment without direct authorityProto Labs maintains ITAR-compliant operations in all of our United States based facilities. Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
