What Your Day Is Like

As a Territory Aftermarket Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the Parts and Service Management teams
  • Engage in ag‑tech early‑recruitment efforts and maintain strong relationships with regional schools
  • Monitor technician performance and production to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Optimize CSR utilization and contribute to annual budget planning
