The role focuses on leading strategic initiatives, building partnerships, and identifying opportunities to scale the platform. You will play a key role in shaping ThingsBook's early growth strategy and partnerships in the U.S., working directly with leadership to build a category-defining consumer platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop partnership opportunities with creators, brands, media companies, universities, and communities
- Manage partnership outreach and relationships from initial conversations through execution
- Drive creator programs, community initiatives, and growth campaigns
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams on strategic projects and partnerships activations
- Conduct market research and analyze performance to identify new growth opportunities
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business proposals for internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, creator economy, consulting, community growth, or startup operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- roven ability to develop new partnerships and build relationships from the ground up
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Passionate about consumer products, social platforms, creators, media, and culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with creators, influencers, media companies, or consumer brands
- Experience at a startup, creator economy company, agency, or high-growth consumer business
- Familiarity with partnership management and collaboration projects
- Experience managing external stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives

- Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
