TICKET SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE $48,527 - $54,161

Job Functions:

  • This position is responsible for all patron service operations, including developing the ticketing program, processing all ticket sales, and maintaining Box Office equipment.
  • As the administrator for our ticketing program, this position requires creating ticketed events, maintaining our patron database, and generating both financial and ticket reports.
  • Responsibilities also include Box Office operation prior to a performance, including preparing Will Call tickets, available ticket inventory, and ticket scanners.
  • Creative of collateral marketing material (both print and digital) and in-house photography.
  • Marketing material may include digital advertising, flyers, in-house displays, promotional banners, playbills, and video reels.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:

  • Experience with the Adobe creative suite (namely Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or equivalent alternative as well as Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • This position requires clear communication skills and the ability to both write and edit copy for promotional use.
  • Skills necessary for this position include customer service, web development, graphic design, and communication.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is important, as is the ability to work independently, self-motivate, prioritize projects, and practice proper time management.

Education and Experience:

  • Requires a minimum high school education plus at least three years in customer service, sales, public relations, graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a combination of training, education and experience.
  • Outside work in all weather conditions is required at occasional special events. 
  • May be required to lift items of 20 lbs. or less.
  • Must be able to drive and have a valid TN driver’s license.
  • Must pass a driver’s license and background check, physical exam including drug screen.

Special Requirements:

  • Candidate must complete Patron Manager Admin Certification within 6 months.
