We’re hiring Commercial Tire Technicians to support fleet, route, and roadside service throughout the Puget Sound region, I-90 and I-5 corridors, and both sides of the Cascades. If you’ve worked around commercial tires, service trucks, automotive repair, heavy equipment, diesel, towing, construction, or mechanical trades — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate OTR and crane-equipped service trucks in commercial roadside and fleet environments
  • Safely perform commercial tire service on trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, agricultural, industrial, and off-the-road (OTR) equipment
  • Operate boom/crane systems for tire handling, wheel removal, installation, and field service support
  • Perform tire inspections, flat repairs, section repairs, rotations, mounting/dismounting, and wheel service
  • Respond to roadside breakdowns, emergency fleet calls, and scheduled onsite service appointments
  • Conduct fleet inspections, air checks, tread evaluations, and preventative maintenance recommendations
  • Safely operate hydraulic jacks, torque tools, impact tools, balancing equipment, and compressed air systems
  • Complete service documentation, work orders, and inspection reports accurately
  • Maintain clean, organized, and DOT-compliant service trucks and equipment
  • Deliver professional customer service while working independently in the field

 

Service Area
Based in Auburn, WA, we cover the greater Puget Sound region, the I-90 and I-5 corridors, and both sides of the Cascades, extending north to Blaine, Washington.

 

What We’re Looking For
3+ years Commercial tire experience required
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 90 lbs and perform physical work daily
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
TIA Certification required or 3+ years of Commercial Tire Experience in lieu
• CDL is a major plus

• Five-day work week

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate hand, air, hydraulic, and power tools

Strong problem-solving skills and physical dexterity

Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and perform physically demanding work throughout the day

Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset

Comfortable working outdoors and in changing weather conditions

Ages 25+: No more than 3 minor traffic violations within the past 3 years

Ages 21–24: No more than 2 minor traffic violations within the past 3 years

Ages 18–20: No more than 1 minor traffic violation within the past 3 years

No DUI or suspended license violations within the past 3 years for any age group

 

This is a hands-on, active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, and use of both hands and arms throughout the shift.

Team members regularly work around moving mechanical equipment, compressed air tools, changing outdoor weather conditions, elevated noise levels, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles.
