As a TMA/CNA you will provide assistance to residents in all aspects of daily living and strive to provide a home-like environment for the residents at Pine Haven Care Center. To provide and assist with the direct care of the elderly resident. To assist with activities of daily living, promoting the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. To have a working awareness of state and federal regulations. Responsible to provide direct care duties in a timely manner, interact politely and professionally with Health Center residents, family members, visitors, and staff.
- Day shift 6AM - 2:30PM
- Evening shift 2:15PM-10:45PM
- Night shift 10:30PM – 7AM
Requirements
- Must be listed on the State of MN Nursing Aide Registry with an active certification
- Pine Haven Community Inc. is an equal opportunity/AA provider and employer
- Strong problem-solving skill are necessary
- Must be able to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress
- TMA - Completion of a state approved in medication administration
Summary
$2000 Sign-on Bonus
Pay scale: $22.00 - $25.36 per hour with expectations working rotated weekends/Holidays
