The TMG Student Healthcare Apprentice (PRN CNA) role is designed to provide high school students with hands-on healthcare experience while supporting operational and clinical workflows within Urgent Care. This role offers students early exposure to healthcare careers and creates a pipeline for future entry-level positions within Tanner Medical Group.
Under the supervision of licensed clinical staff and practice leadership, the Student Healthcare Apprentice performs basic patient care and support duties within the CNA scope of practice while maintaining exceptional customer service and patient experience standards. Shifts may include after-school hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks.
