Responsibilities:
- Operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for roadside assistance and towing services.
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain towing equipment for safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Document all towing activities and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles while ensuring minimal damage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and support.
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in towing or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and towing equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
