Mossy Toyota in beautiful Pacific Beach is currently looking for a Rental Manager to join our motivated team. The Rental Manager will manage, organize, direct and develop the Dealership Rental Department in order to maximize profitability while increasing customer satisfaction.

| Employees in this position will be paid a base salary, plus bonuses. Bonus amounts vary based on performance, but the expected average annual earnings in this position are $70,304 to $85,000 |

Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction and to the Mossy Team.
Oversee and manage a team of Rental Assistants ensuring the utmost quality of service and client satisfaction.
Set goals for improvement and monitor progress through profits and customer loyalty & retention.
Identify areas of improvement and focus on exceeding objectives.
Show rental vehicle to customers, and conduct walk around prior to finalizing the transaction.
Creating and maintaining a good working environment.
Properly staffing and training personnel.
Properly manage the assets of the department.
Attend Manager Meetings.
Ensure all safe work practices and policies are adhered to.
Maintains a professional appearance.
