Job Description
Dimmick Group Peterbilt, a family-owned and operated dealership, is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team. With 9 locations in NY, VT, and NH, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers. The trailer mechanic will be responsible for repairing, maintaining and assembling trailers, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.


Responsibilities:


Perform PMs on trailers

Conduct hydraulics maintenance and repairs

Fabricate and weld trailer components as needed

Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Assemble and maintain trailer parts and systems.


Job Requirements:


General knowledge of trailer mechanics and hydraulic systems

Ability to fabricate / operate a welder

Have own tools to perform standard trailer repairs
