Job Description
  • Develop and provide end user training on program specific material, applying a variety of instructional techniques including briefs, online sessions, programmed instruction, self-paced instruction, and multimedia programs.
  • Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training.
  • Determine the appropriate mix of delivery methods for material to ensure course learning points are clear and easy to understand for target audience.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training through end of course surveys, follow up with trainees and managers, analyze feedback and suggestions, and/or adjust materials and course content, pace, and focus accordingly to improve effectiveness.
  • Serve as a principal source of technical information on which course development actions are based.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other training software.
  • Must have an Active DOD Secret Clearance or eligibility.
  • Self-starter with strong research and content management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5-9 years of applicable experience.
  • Experience with designing mobile based applications.
  • Intermediate to Advanced SharePoint experience, or similar web-based collaborative platform.
  • Familiarity with the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Programs.
