- Develop and provide end user training on program specific material, applying a variety of instructional techniques including briefs, online sessions, programmed instruction, self-paced instruction, and multimedia programs.
- Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training.
- Determine the appropriate mix of delivery methods for material to ensure course learning points are clear and easy to understand for target audience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through end of course surveys, follow up with trainees and managers, analyze feedback and suggestions, and/or adjust materials and course content, pace, and focus accordingly to improve effectiveness.
- Serve as a principal source of technical information on which course development actions are based.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other training software.
- Must have an Active DOD Secret Clearance or eligibility.
- Self-starter with strong research and content management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5-9 years of applicable experience.
- Experience with designing mobile based applications.
- Intermediate to Advanced SharePoint experience, or similar web-based collaborative platform.
- Familiarity with the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Programs.
