Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for:
- Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset and engaging in the Mid Valley Family Foods Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, allocate resources, and sustain improvement opportunities.
- Schedule inbound and outbound trucks
- Provide paperwork (Pick Ticket) to the Vault team for loading
- Process and post paperwork in SAP & Dax and Excel
- Attain all appropriate signatures needed to complete paperwork
- Check in and out drivers as needed
- Manage aging finished goods for liquidation and donation orders
- Verify daily reports that orders are completed
- Receiving finished goods inbound from other facilities
- Manage restocking of pick locations
- Manage and create all paperwork for modular pallets
- Manage past due open inbounds and outbounds
- Correspond daily with CCNA on updates regarding customer orders and schedules
- Coordinate and confirm customer appointments and schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned, cross training.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English. Ability to read, write and speak in Spanish a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and convert measurements.
- Able to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and climb ladders.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Can reliably work alone and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate well, verbally and on writing.

- Understanding production schedules, workflows, and reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with logging production data accurately and organizing documentation.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control practices, including tracking raw materials and supplies.
- Awareness of plant safety rules, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and quality procedures.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets, production tracking software, and reporting tools.
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records, filing systems, and schedules.
- Careful checking of production data, labels, and inventory counts.
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with production staff, supervisors, and other departments.
