About Our Brain Injury MissionrnAs the voice of brain injury, Brain Injury Association of America improves the quality of life of people affected by brain injury across their lifespan through advancing prevention, awareness, research, treatment, education, and advocacy.rn rnrnAbout the Traumatic Brain Injury Service Coordinator RolernWe are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support individuals affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI) across the Nashville-area region. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals seeking guidance, resources, and support.rnThis position combines direct service coordination with outreach, education, and community partnership development. You will play a key role in helping individuals navigate complex systems, access services, and feel supported throughout their journey.rnThis is a full-time, remote position; candidates must reside in Tennessee, with a strong preference for Middle Tennessee. This role is grant-funded for three years.rn rnrnWhat You'll Do as a Service CoordinatorrnYou will provide thoughtful, responsive support while helping strengthen systems of care and access to services across the region.rnrnRespond to inquiries and provide personalized resource guidancernMaintain and update resource databases and referral networksrnSupport outreach initiatives, educational efforts, and community partnershipsrnAssist with support groups, reporting, and program developmentrnHelp individuals access services, benefits, and supportsrnrn rnrnQualificationsrnThe ideal candidate has a background in social services, healthcare, or a related field and is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities. You are an excellent communicator who can build trust, listen actively, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.rnYou should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
