Title: Truck Driver Reports to: Shipping Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations as required by law and as specified by the company.
- Efficiently and safely pick up and deliver parts and or non production material.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of parts/material.
- Ensure all documents related to inbound and outbound parts movement are properly completed and accurate when submitted.
- Complete Inspection Report on daily basis and maintain log of daily trips.
- Ensure that vehicle maintenance is performed per suggested maintenance schedule or as need arises.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- CDL Class A or B license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a box truck or semi tractor
- Ability to safely operate a forklift
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing environment where personal protection equipment is required; steel toe shoes/boots, safety glasses and ear plugs. Works indoor, and outdoor where temperatures could range from below freezing to above 100 degrees.
Licenses/Certifications:
- CDL Class A or B license
- Forklift license
Minimum Requirements:
- High school education
- Two or more years experience driving a commercial truck with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug test
