We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Trucking Compliance Agent to join our team. This is an entry-level position — no prior trucking or compliance experience is required, though it’s a plus. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed. You’ll work directly with trucking companies and owner-operators to help them stay compliant with FMCSA, DOT, and state-level regulations.

Compensation:

Pay weekly ($18-$20 an hour)

Key Responsibilities

Review and process carrier compliance documentation, including driver qualification files, ELD records, and hours-of-service logs
Monitor and maintain client compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and state regulations
Assist clients with new authority setup, including MC/DOT number applications and UCR registration
Conduct compliance audits and identify potential violations before they become issues
Manage drug and alcohol testing program compliance (Clearinghouse queries, random testing pools)
Track and renew permits, licenses, and registrations (IFTA, IRP, BOC-3, etc.)
Communicate with clients regarding compliance deadlines, violations, and corrective action plans
Stay current on changing federal and state trucking regulations
Support clients during FMCSA audits or roadside inspections
Maintain accurate records in compliance management software

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
No prior experience required, but preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work
Ability to manage multiple client accounts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulation-driven environment
