can create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs for web and
mobile applications.
Role
Overview
As a Figma Designer, you will work closely with our project managers,
developers, and clients to create high-quality user experiences and interfaces.
You will turn ideas and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and
polished designs ready for development.
Responsibilities
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
Design responsive websites and mobile applications.
Build interactive prototypes for client presentations and user testing.
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Gather and incorporate client feedback into design iterations.
Conduct basic UX research and competitor analysis when required.
Ensure designs follow modern UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
Create design assets and documentation for development teams.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Strong proficiency in Figma.
Portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
Knowledge of design systems, auto-layout, and reusable components.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
Preferred
Skills
Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, or business applications.
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or FigJam.
Experience conducting usability testing.
Understanding of modern design trends and accessibility guidelines.
