Your Role
As the Restaurant Bartender - Server, you’ll be the face of our dining experience—crafting cocktails, serving meals, and creating memorable moments for every guest.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
- Mix and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas
- Perform opening/closing duties and manage cash handling
- Support breakfast and evening receptions and buffet restocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Adapt to various roles including bartender, server, busser, or dishwasher as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months of bartending experience
- Previous food service and customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required: Oregon Food Handlers Permit & OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
- Preferred: ServSafe Certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and squatting throughout shift
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
