Basil Family Dealerships is seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales department. This is a key leadership role for a results-oriented automotive professional who excels in inventory management, team development, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

• Lead, train, and motivate the used car sales team to achieve sales and CSI goals
• Desk deals, structure transactions, and work closely with the F&I department
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and state regulations
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and online reputation

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

·         Minimum 2–3 years of experience in used car management or sales leadership in a dealership setting

·         Strong desking, appraisal, and inventory management skills

·         Proven track record of achieving sales and gross objectives

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and closing skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

      Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
