Looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? If you're mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn, A to Z Machine Company is hiring a Utility Operator – Production to support our CNC machine shop team.

This role is a great opportunity to build hands-on skills while contributing to quality parts and a high-performing team.


✨ What You'll Do:

πŸ›  Support production and inspection teams
πŸ” Perform basic inspection using gauges and visual standards
πŸ”© Assist with assembly (bolting, fastening, clipping components)
πŸͺ΅ Deburr, polish, grind, and hand-finish parts
πŸͺš Operate bandsaw equipment (after training)
πŸ“˜ Train to run production parts following standard work instructions
βœ… Monitor quality and notify leads of any issues
🧹 Maintain clean, organized work areas
πŸ›‘ Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety standards


πŸ•’ Shift Options:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(additional hours as required)


βœ… You're a Great Fit If You Have:

πŸŽ“ High School Diploma or GED
🏭 1+ year manufacturing experience (preferred)
πŸš— Valid driver's license with clean record
πŸ”§ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
πŸ“– Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
πŸ—£ Positive attitude and team mindset
🚜 Willingness to learn forklift, crane, and equipment operation
πŸ“ Blueprint reading (a plus, but not required)
