This role is a great opportunity to build hands-on skills while contributing to quality parts and a high-performing team.

✨ What You'll Do:

🛠 Support production and inspection teams
🔍 Perform basic inspection using gauges and visual standards
🔩 Assist with assembly (bolting, fastening, clipping components)
🪵 Deburr, polish, grind, and hand-finish parts
🪚 Operate bandsaw equipment (after training)
📘 Train to run production parts following standard work instructions
✅ Monitor quality and notify leads of any issues
🧹 Maintain clean, organized work areas
🛡 Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety standards

🕒 Shift Options:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:

🎓 High School Diploma or GED
🏭 1+ year manufacturing experience (preferred)
🚗 Valid driver's license with clean record
🔧 Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
📖 Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
🗣 Positive attitude and team mindset
🚜 Willingness to learn forklift, crane, and equipment operation
📐 Blueprint reading (a plus, but not required)
