Patient Van Driver

TMG is looking to add a Patient Van Driver to its team. In this role, you’ll safely transport residents to and from appointments while helping ensure they feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout the process. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments
• Drive facility van while ensuring resident comfort and safety
• Accompany residents to appointments as needed
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle safely
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Follow facility safety procedures and transportation guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a passenger van
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with residents
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs as needed
• Dependable and punctual
