Job Summary
The Percussion Associate Director is responsible for the overall leadership, development, and success of the Warm Springs Middle School Percussion Program. This position provides artistic direction, program oversight, staff coordination, curriculum alignment, and logistical support to ensure a high quality educational and performance experience for students. The coordinator works closely with the band director, instructional staff, parents, boosters, and district personnel to build and sustain a successful and competitive percussion program. Collaborates with the VAPA teacher/director in program planning and implementing instruction, assists in overseeing VAPA coaches, and provides direct instruction to students. Applicant must be prepared to possibly work evenings and/ or weekends.

3) CIF Home/ Home Campus Account
4) Completion of Keenan SafeSchools online training modules.
5) Valid CPR & First Aid prior to start date. - CPR and First Aid Certifications must be from an American Heart Association or American Red Cross Approved, in-person course. No online certificates will be accepted.

Requirements / Qualifications
Experience in subject with 2 or more years of experience teaching and/ or assisting in a classroom environment preferred.
